Each 250g sachet is a single dose for one maintenance cycle on an empty appliance.

Instructions for Washing Machines:

  1. Empty the machine: Ensure there is no laundry left inside the drum.
  2. Add the descaler: Open 1 sachet (250g) and pour the entire contents directly into the empty drum.
  3. Select a cycle: Set the machine to a main cotton cycle at 60°C or higher (without a pre-wash cycle), or use the Drum Clean program if your model has one.
  4. Run the cycle: Start the machine and let the full program complete.
  5. Rinse step: Run the same program once more with an empty drum and no added detergent to thoroughly rinse out remaining residue.

Instructions for Dishwashers:

Method 1: Models with a "Machine Care" Program

  1. Empty the dishwasher: Remove all dishes, cutlery, and items from the racks.
  2. Add the descaler: Sprinkle 1 sachet (250g) evenly across the bottom interior of the empty dishwasher.
  3. Run the program: Select and start the Machine Care program, allowing it to complete fully.

Method 2: Standard/Normal Wash Cycles

  1. Start the cycle: Turn on the empty dishwasher and start a cycle with the highest possible temperature (such as Intensive / 70°C) without adding the powder yet.
  2. Pause and add powder: Carefully open the door after 30 minutes into the cycle.
  3. Add descaler: Evenly scatter 1 sachet (250g) across the interior floor.
  4. Complete cycle: Close the door and let the program finish completely.
  5. Rinse step: Run a brief or normal cycle empty afterward to ensure all descaling residue is rinsed away.

Tips and Usage Frequency:

  • Frequency: Descale every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness and usage.
  • Safety: Do not mix descaler with standard detergents or bleach.
