I’m Darren, an independent domestic appliance repair engineer based in Leicester Forest East, providing reliable appliance repairs across Leicester and all Leicestershire postcodes.

Formally trained by NAC (Domestic Appliances) and City & Guilds qualified.

I work on all major brands, including Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko, Hoover, Candy, Zanussi, AEG, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG and many more.

Your repair is handled by me from start to finish - no call centres, no jargon and no rushed jobs. Where parts are needed, I supply and fit only genuine (new) replacement parts, then fully test the appliance for safe, reliable operation before I leave.

I work to old-school values: honest advice, turning up when agreed, treating people fairly, respecting your home and doing the job properly with safety at the core.

Electrical safety and water safety are taken seriously on every repair. Appliances are checked with regard to BS 7671 principles where relevant, and water-connected appliances are tested with leak prevention, correct hose connections and the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 in mind.

As a DBS-vetted engineer, I offer extra reassurance for homeowners, landlords, property managers and vulnerable members of the community.

I also work with appliance & warranty networks, property management companies and private landlords or Airbnb across Leicestershire.
